great stay but few improvements needed
The clean facilities stood out, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The friendly staff always greeted us with a smile, enhancing our family experience. We enjoyed the small zoo on-site. it was a delightful surprise that our kids loved. Additionally, the garden view offered a serene escape during our stay.
The variety in dining options could be better.

Beautiful beach and stunning views.
I was thoroughly disappointed with the service during my stay. The waitstaff was rude and slow, which greatly impacted my experience. We faced long wait times for everything, from drinks to our table at breakfast, which took over an hour to be seated. To make matters worse, my room had an air conditioning issue that required daily maintenance, and there seemed to be no urgency in addressing it. The food options were limited, and the snacks were of poor quality at the poolside.

The family selection part of the hotel was excellent for traveling with little ones. They provided high chairs and strollers, which made things easier. Hector from the staff was especially friendly and accommodating, helping my son feel more comfortable. The pools are stunning and the spa services were top-notch. Food quality was decent at the buffet, with a nice variety, although some items felt a bit repetitive after a few days. On the downside, the dining options weren't very consistent and had a few hit-or-miss experiences. One day, the grill had a long line and was out of food items. The beach felt cramped with limited space and some areas taken up by shops. It would have been nice to have clearer directions around the resort. some paths weren't well marked, leading to confusion when finding dining areas or pools. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, making for a fun family atmosphere. However, the rooms could use some updating. There were some minor maintenance issues, like leaky showers, but overall, they were comfortable. For the price, I expected a little more from the accommodations.

The resort had its highlights but faced some shortcomings. Exceptional amenities and enjoyable beach experiences stood out, though the long wait times at restaurants and some cleanliness issues made the stay less than perfect. Staff were friendly, which added to the overall positive ambiance, despite the hiccups.

missingWrote a review on Jun 04great beachfriendly staffpoor navigationslow servicefrustrating policies
The beach area is stunning, with a lovely protected swimming spot, and the buffet alongside the Mexican restaurant served a variety of enjoyable dishes. However, navigating the expansive grounds was a challenge due to a lack of signage, and service at the restaurants was often slow. The lengthy walks to change dinner reservations and the strict 30-minute sunbed policy also added to the frustration. Despite these issues, the friendly staff did try to be helpful during our stay.
